Due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy is strict.
1. No Refund Policy (Default)
All digital product sales are non-refundable once:
- Product is downloaded
- Access is granted
- License key is issued
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Product was not delivered
- File is completely unusable or corrupted
- Duplicate payment was made
All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items
No refunds will be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Compatibility issues (unless stated otherwise)
- Partially used services
- Custom or personalized services
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once delivered
- Subscription services must be cancelled before renewal
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support will result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent ban from AMJHOST.store
6. Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
